Well it's starting to feel like spring out isn't it... seems like a good day for Cajun Country to mark its calendars! We will be re-opening for the season on May 1st! We're looking forward to seeing all our friends new and old for another season!

We are offering up a limited supply of house made sauces and dressings for you enjoyment at home! We currently have our Buttermilk Ranch, Maple Balsamic Dressing, Horseradish Dipper, and Gator Sauce available for sale. Pricing is $4.99/ a bottle or 2/$9. Our Spring hours are Wednesday through Sunday 11am to 9pm We look forward to seeing you!

The days are getting longer and the sun has a renewed warmth... which means only one thing in the NEK, Cajun's is opening soon! We're are happy to announce Cajun's will be reopening for the season May 2nd, and we cannot wait to see all our local friends and family come through the doors! Hello Cajun Country! Just wanted to put out a last minute reminder of the North Troy American Legion Fundraiser going on tonight at 6pm. We (Leo + Jason) will be serving an authentic Cajun chicken and sausage gumbo, potato salad, garlic bread and dessert, with a dance to take place after the meal. All the funds raised will go to benefit the North Troy American Legion general fund. As a North Troy native, I cannot express just how important the Legion has been as the back bone of our community, so let's turn out tonight to show them that we are here as neighbors and friends to ensure the longevity of this organization! Tickets are $15 per person or $25 per couple. We hope to see you tonight!
